Corporate events and brand experiences take months of planning, yet their impact often lasts only a single day. Professional videography helps extend that value. We capture the energy, connections, and key moments so they can be shared long after your event ends. From conferences and launches to brand films that act as powerful visual advertisements, thoughtful video content helps tell your story in a way photos alone can’t. The result is polished, engaging content that reflects the professionalism of your brand and gives your team meaningful assets to use across marketing, social media, and future promotions.
THE OBJECTIVE: Boston based NXTevent looked for a company to capture both still images and video for their production of the NECA Event party. NECA is the leading convention for power, light sand communication technology and the opening night Gala was a show stopper. NXTevent wanted to showcase their ability to coordinate the celebration in the massive, 400,000 sq ft Museum of Science and Industry.
OUR ROLE: With careful planning and timing we were able to cover all the activations and the guests interactions with the entertainers , exhibits and food stations. With communication between NXTevent staff and our photo/video crew, we were able to provide compelling coverage of the many aspects of the event design. We definitely got our steps in criss crossing the museum to get this artistic documentation. During post production the elements are carefully composed along with the music to complete the vision. Clients preview and approve before the film is finalized to ensure the goals have been met for a successful recap.
THE OBJECTIVE: For Launch Potato’s 1st ever conference, they had several goals. They really wanted to highlight the relationships and teamwork of their team who were all coming together in-person for the first time. They also wanted to show off the host city Chicago as it was the first time here for many of the attendees. Launch Potato is a digital media company that owns and operates a portfolio of brands and Technologies. As such, they have a high energy and fun culture that they wanted to showcase.
OUR ROLE: One part highlight and one part recruitment tool, the video provides a window into working at Launch Potato as well as the type of go-getter’s that you want to work with. An unobtrusive documentary style complimented the goals for the film and they were indeed fun to collaborate with.
THE OBJECTIVE: The Starbucks on Michigan Ave. hosted a launch event for their new Oleato drink. The goal was a vertical format video for social media that would be high energy and focused on the customer experience and their target demo.
OUR ROLE: The Chicago Roastery is the world’s largest Starbucks and you can almost smell the coffee in this vibrant film. Although Oleato was not well received, the photos and video hit all the right notes. Starbucks gave a free hand in the execution and they loved the results.
THE OBJECTIVE: The Magnificent Mile Association is is a non-profit organization dedicated to promoting and enhancing the iconic Magnificent Mile district in Chicago, Illinois. It represents the interests of businesses, property owners, and residents in the area.
OUR ROLE: Using footage of the annual gala and a couple smaller events, we were able to capture the spirit of the association to promote itself to new members while showcasing the beauty and energy of Chicago’s downtown.
